The most forgiving fairway wood that Callaway has ever created, the FT-i Squareway wood sets a new standard for consistency thanks to a moment of inertia (MOI) that approaches that of Callaway's best-selling drivers. The FT-i Squareway is equipped with a Squareway Inertial Design, which positions discretionary weight to the extreme corners of the clubhead, raising the MOI and creating unparalleled resistance to twisting.

Callaway's FT-i Squareway is the company's most forgiving fairway wood.
The result is straighter and more forgiving shots hit over a wider area of the face. The club also boasts Callaway's Fusion Technology, which blends a stainless-steel face, sole, and body with a lightweight carbon-composite crown. This technology is what allowed Callaway Golf engineers to move the discretionary weight to where it's needed most. Finally, the FT-i Squareway includes an oversized head shape that allows for increased forgiveness and stability at impact, helping improve your accuracy from the tee or the fairway.

Explaining Callaway Golf Technologies
The FT-i Squareway Wood also employs a couple of other classic Callaway designs: Variable Face Thickness (VFT) and S2H2. With VFT, Callaway built varying levels of face thickness into the club, resulting in an optimum ball speed from all areas of the clubface. Even if you don't hit the ball dead center, it's still possible to hit a monster drive. The S2H2 design, meanwhile, increases the club's discretionary weight by removing it from the hosel and repositioning it in the perimeter of the clubhead. Not only does this help with distance, but it also improves the feel and stability of the club. Add the features together and you have a club that's sure to please everyone from beginners to low handicappers.
